We are looking to create a new committee to move us into 2010.  If you are interested in volunteering your services as a committee member or in any other way please email contact@savequus.org.  Your input would be greatly appreciated.

If you have an animal welfare concern please direct your concern to the RSPCA who can be contacted on (08) 92099300 or 1300 CRUELTY (that is 1300 278 3589)

The Christmas wish tree promotion in the Europa stores Midland & Maddington is underway and the Christmas trees are decorated and in stores awaiting for donations towards our Emergency fund.

Please inform all your friends to go along to the store closest to them and donate but not to forget to fill out their name & contact details on the Christmas tag and place it on the tree as one lucky person will receive a gift donated by our sponsers which will be drawn in January 09.

Let’s see which store gets the most tags on their tree!!! Go Europa!!!

All money rasied from the Christmas Tree Appeal goes direct into the Emergency Fund to pay for those urgent items and treatment for Save Equus horses.

The third annual Save Equus rally saw more than 20 horse-riding pirates and ordinary people (who were being pirates on the inside) turn out to ride the treacherous wilds of Wandi in search of hidden treasure! They came from all points The Save Equus team, committee and volunteers were there and sold many many sausages, buns and drinks. Save Equus thanks Bunnings Maddington for the opportunity for this fundraising event. The funds will go direct to the horses in need of care.
